Hester Andringa

Hester Andringa serves as the Directeur van het Cosis Expertisecentrum and manages the HR team at Cosis since June 2022, focusing on the development of the HR discipline. With over a decade of experience as a zelfstandig adviseur at orangesoul, Hester contributed significantly to organizational change and leadership development. Previous roles include Manager HR at Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân, where the organization developed during a municipal merger, and as Owner and Leadership Coach at Ontwikkelwerf, emphasizing personal and organizational leadership. Hester has also held HR positions at bol.com, csk food enrichment, and Vitablend B.V., where responsibilities included HRM system development and cultural transformation. Early career began with consulting roles at Young Executive Recruitment, HayGroup, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on HR processes and organizational design. Hester holds a Master's degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
