Joanneke Bits

Joanneke Bits has a diverse background with extensive experience in capacity management and process improvement since joining Cosis in March 2015. In addition to working as an Adviseur Capaciteitsmanagement, Joanneke has held roles as a Procescoach Continu Verbeteren and Projectleider. Prior experience includes serving as Stafadviseur and Locatiehoofd Centrum begeleid werken & leren at Promens Care from December 2009 to September 2016, and as a Werkgeversadviseur at Werkplein Baanzicht in 2009. Joanneke also worked as a Leidinggevende V&V at Icare from 2005 to 2009 and as an Intercedent at Randstad from 1997 to 2005. In terms of education, Joanneke obtained a Green Belt certification from Lean Consultancy Group in 2017, completed studies at AOG School of Management between 2015 and 2016, and earned a degree from Hanze University from 1988 to 1993, following earlier education at Andreas College in Drachten.
