Rolf Broer

Rolf Broer has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within mental health and social services. Since November 2007, Rolf has been with Cosis, where responsibilities have included leading the implementation of the strategic direction "Cosis 2020" as a Program Manager, coordinating OGGZ-Drenthe initiatives, and managing various locations focused on residents with dual diagnoses and older individuals with psychiatric conditions. Rolf has also served as a contact person for multiple municipalities, overseeing various support and project initiatives. Prior to joining Cosis, Rolf worked at Accare, Universitair Centrum voor Kinder- en Jeugdpsychiatrie Groningen from 1992 to 2007, starting as a group leader and advancing to head of department. Rolf earned a Bachelor's degree from HBO-V Rijkshogeschool Groningen and has completed management training.
