Graeme Macleod is currently the Chief Engineer at COSL Drilling, a role held since 2019. Previously, Graeme worked as Chief Engineer for Dolphin Drilling from 2012 to 2016, where they oversaw significant upgrades on the Byford Dolphin drilling semi-submersible. Prior to that, Graeme served as Chief Engineer at DOF Management from 2008 to 2012, managing various offshore vessels. Graeme began their maritime career as an engineering cadet with P&O Nedlloyd in 1998, eventually achieving Chief Engineer certification.
