Rune Eikeland is currently a DPO at COSL Drilling Europe AS, a position held since 2025. Previously, Rune served as a Marine Consultant at Eikeland Maritime from 2023 to 2024, and as OIM/Captain at Dolphin Drilling from 2024 to 2025. Rune has extensive experience in marine operations, having held roles such as Stability Section Leader and OIM/Captain at Dolphin Drilling from 2004 to 2011 and again from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Rune was Chief Officer at UECC from 1997 to 1998.
