Devin Poolman has a long and varied career in technology and product management. In 2000, they began their career as the Director of Product Management at Zero G Software. Devin then worked as a Business Development Manager at Click2Send, Inc. in 1999 and a Strategic Marketing Internship at Grand Central Communications in 2005. In the same year, they also worked as a Product Management Consultant at BitTorrent. In 2006, they became the COO of 8020 Media, Inc. and was responsible for product management, distribution, ad sales, sales, marketing, and finance. In 2009, they Co-Founded and became the CEO of Metricly, launching the first online service for real-time aggregated business dashboards. The company was later acquired by AppGlu, and integrated into their custom mobile app solutions. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Product Management at AppGlu. In 2014, they became the SVP Digital Platforms / Head of Digital (Interim) at FOX Sports, modernizing their entire product development team and launching new products and monetization. In 2017, they became the EVP Technology, Digital Consumer Group at Fox (Film, TV and Sports), leading the combined FOX Networks Group technology teams in the build and scale of new TVE and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC/D2C) streaming video platform. In 2020, they became the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Cosm.

Devin Poolman obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering/Management Science Engineering from Stanford University in 1998. In 2004, they went on to earn an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
