Gazal Sachdeva

Gazal Sachdeva has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Gazal started their career in 2007 as an HR Associate at Symbiosis Management Consultants. In 2010, they joined SC Johnson Professional USA as a Human Resources Development Advisor. In 2013, they moved to Stitch Overseas as an Assistant Manager- HR, where they were responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Performance and Compensation, Employee Engagement and end to end employee life cycle activities. In 2015, they joined SoftwareONE USA as an HR Lead, where they managed the recruiting and selection process and assisted the Head HR in formulating Annual workforce plans for PAN India. In 2016, they joined Phoenix Group as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they partnered with business leaders to create a culture which demonstrated core values in action. Gazal also led HR Transformation projects and initiatives to develop talent, enhance employee experience and strengthen organization culture and engagement. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cosm as a Human Resources Business Partner- People & Culture.

Gazal Sachdeva completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications from Panjab University in 2006. Gazal then went on to pursue a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Labour Laws from the same university in 2007. In 2008, they completed their MBA-HR from Amity University, specializing in Human Resource. In February 2020, Gazal Sachdeva obtained their Certified PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International.
