Neil Long

Neil Long is an architect and design leader currently serving as the Director of Architecture & Design at Cosm since 2025. They previously held the position of Design Director and Senior Associate at Gensler from 2018 to 2023, where their expertise encompassed a wide range of project types including commercial buildings and hospitals. Neil has also worked as an Architect at HASTINGS from 2023 to 2025. They earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida after obtaining a BA in English, Music, and Philosophy from Elmhurst University.
