Michael Smith

Michael "Oz" Smith is a creative executive in media and technology with 25 years of experience developing revolutionary projects across various disciplines. Currently self-employed as a producer, Oz previously served as Vice President of Operations at Cosmic Wire Inc and spent nearly two decades as Senior Media Technical Director at Super 78, where they earned five VES nominations for Best Visual Effects in a Special Venue Project. Early in their career, they worked as an editor and VFX artist at Ground Zero. Oz holds a degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from the Art Institute of Seattle.
