Michelle Ross

Michelle Ross has held a variety of roles in the technology and education sectors. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at COSMO Technologies, where they are focused on reinventing technology for kids and families. Prior to this, they held the role of Business Operations Strategist at Well Data Labs, Inc. from 2019. In the same year, they also interned at Bridge Venture Fund / Bridge Investments as a Venture Capital Intern. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at McKinsey.org, where they held the roles of Project Management Consultant, Senior Global Program Designer, and Global Program Designer. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Apple Store Leader Program Associate. In 2011, they were a Teacher at Teach For America, and in 2010, they were a Policy Intern at Emmanuel Hospital Association.

Michelle Ross attended Patrick Henry College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs. Michelle then attended Lipscomb University from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Secondary Education and Teaching. Finally, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
