Damir Cimer

Damir Cimer is the Chief Operating Officer at Scribestar and a Co-Founder of Global Tech Connect, both based in London. Damir serves as a Board Director at the British Croatian Chamber of Commerce and works as an Advisor at Cosmonauts. Previously, Damir held various positions in the Government of the Republic of Croatia, including Senior Expert Advisor and Head of Department for Concessions and Public Private Partnerships. Damir has also advised the EBRD and consulted for the OECD on public-private partnerships. Currently, Damir is pursuing a B.Sc. in Economics at the University of Zagreb.
