Francesca Donati

Francesca Donati has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Francesca is currently working at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna as the Head of International Marketing for Asia since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an International Marketing Manager at the same company from October 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Cosmoprof, Francesca held positions at Talents in Motion as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors and later as the Managing Director. Talents in Motion is a non-profit association dedicated to brain circulation and connecting companies and talents. Francesca worked there from September 2019 to February 2020.

Francesca also worked at Promos Italia, where they held the positions of Senior Business Project Manager from February 2019 to October 2021, and Senior Project Manager from October 2009 to January 2019.

Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at LAPP Group from July 2008 to July 2009, and at Fiera Milano SpA in the International Department of Fiera Milano Tech from October 2004 to June 2008.

Francesca Donati started their education at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Afterwards, they attended NIBI - Nuovo Istituto di Business Internazionale in 2016 for the Business Focus Iran program. In the same year, they also took an Executive Course in Islamic Finance at NIBI. In 2014, Francesca completed an Executive Course in International Contracts at NIBI. Additionally, they pursued a Short Master in Internationalization for SME at NIBI in the same year.
