Katrin Steinbach is a seasoned sustainability manager and expert in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Technical Unit Expert for Corporate Responsibility at cosnova GmbH since January 2010. Katrin has demonstrated expertise in sustainable raw material management, sustainability reporting, and corporate carbon footprint analysis. In previous roles, including Head of Innovation Lab and Innovation & Research Manager, Katrin led innovation activities, evaluated sustainable formulations, and served as the technical link between marketing and product manufacturing. Additionally, Katrin is the founder of asEasyasThat, which focuses on sustainable products for personal care and household cleaning. With a strong educational background in Cosmetic Science and Business Marketing, Katrin has also held significant positions at Eckart and Dow Corning, managing application technology and providing technical support across multiple markets.
