Walter Constantine

Walter Constantine is the Founder, President, and Co-Owner of CoSolutions, Inc., which has been operational since 1993 in Sterling, VA. Prior to this, Walter served as a Software Project Manager and Senior Programmer/Analyst at Moffet Larson & Johnson from 1994 to 1997, where expertise in cellular network design tools was developed. Walter's technical background includes a position as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Legal & General America, focusing on Windows-based life insurance illustration programs. Earlier career roles included Senior Applications Consultant and Applications Development Analyst at Manugistics, as well as Systems Engineering Developer at EDS. Walter holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick.
