CoSpark is a member-driven community where local businesses and the people behind them build real financial strength together.

The economic logic is the one institutions have used for centuries: pool capital, put it to work, generate revenue. The difference is who the value goes to. At CoSpark, the benefit flows back to the members whose participation creates it.

It starts with the Member Reserve Program. You contribute what works for your business, from $10 at a time. Your contributions stay yours, held intact in reserve. Every time you contribute, CoSpark sends you a Boost Payment funded by corporate revenue, separate from your reserve. At the end of a 60-month cycle, you redeem your full reserve plus a 5% premium. The terms are set before you start, and the math is published where you can see it.

From that foundation, doors open. Consistent participation builds a documented track record that qualifies you for lending on terms designed for people who have proven their commitment. Acquisition Circles let a small group build toward owning a business or property together. Initiatives direct corporate-funded support toward a cause, a project, or a community goal. CoSpark Centers give members a real place to learn, connect, and transact — the first opens in Colorado Springs.

For an owner-operator, this is a foundation that holds when pressure hits, and a path from running a business to owning a share of something larger.

You supply the fuel the economy runs on. CoSpark is built so you share in what it creates.
