Robert Schell

Rob Schell is currently the President of Innovate Real Estate, which specializes in cost-saving solutions for Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Independent Consultant at Energy Network, focusing on operational cost centers. With extensive experience in the industry, Rob has also worked as a National Account Executive at Cost Segregation Services, Inc. and founded RAD Security. Additionally, Rob has held positions at Acuative, PRISM Innovations Inc., and AVICO, Inc. Rob attended Spring Hill College for their education.
