Ryan Head has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ryan started their career in 2009 at Tesco as a Tech Support Advisor until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at BAE Systems as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and later as a Mechanical Mentor Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Costa Coffee as a Field Service Engineer and was later promoted to Lead Field Service Engineer in 2022.

Ryan Head attended the Aircraft Maintenance Academy in 2012, where they studied Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Ridgewood Secondary School from 2004 to 2009.
