Beginning as a site service technician, Mark advanced through various roles to achieve a senior supervisory position, eventually becoming the Regional Manager at Costain. In this capacity, Mark supports both site and office teams, overseeing contract planning, negotiations, and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. Mark is dedicated to maintaining the highest health and safety standards and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
