Mark Ridley has over two decades of experience in design management and engineering leadership. Beginning a career at BIRSE GROUP LIMITED from August 1996 to November 2003, Mark progressed from Senior Engineer to Design Manager. Subsequently, Mark held the position of Regional Design Manager at Vinci Construction PLC from October 2008 to January 2014. Mark then joined Costain Group PLC, serving as Principal Design Manager and Head of Engineering from February 2014 until December 2020, and currently holds the role of Head of Design Services since October 2022. Prior experience also includes time as Design Manager and Senior Design Manager at Taylor Woodrow from November 2003 to July 2005.
