Joseph Beebe

Joseph Beebe serves as the Senior Director of New Business Development for Emerging Business Lines at CoStar Group since April 2014, a role Joseph successfully developed to focus on identifying opportunities with non-monetized customers and optimizing product features. Previously, Joseph held the position of Senior Business Development Executive for NYC/BK, where a hand-selected promotion in 2021 involved enhancing nationwide relationships for growth. Joseph also has experience as Sales Director and Sales Executive, where recruitment, training, and relationship cultivation were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Consultant at AMLI Residential, along with experience as a Connected World Specialist at Best Buy, where exceptional sales performance was consistently achieved. Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information and Social Responsibility at Baruch College, building on prior studies in Communications and Public Relations.
