Joshua Teeter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at CoStar Group since January 2008, Joshua manages engineering teams and oversees datacenters for multiple applications and products across various CoStar brands. Prior to this role, Joshua served as Chief Technology Officer at Resolve Technology, which was acquired by CoStar Group. Additional experience includes owning NewCheck Systems, Inc., being the Chief Executive Officer of Sensible Mortgage, and holding the Chief Information Officer position at Evare. Joshua began his career at Advantage Systems as a Programmer and Architect before moving to ADP Financial Services as a Director. Joshua's educational background includes studies at Bard College.
