Kerry Brown

Kerry Brown is a Marketing Director and University Account Manager at CoStar Group, where they lead initiatives in off-campus housing search software. With over fifteen years of experience in residential property management as a Regional Marketing Manager at Management Services Corporation of Charlottesville, Kerry has developed expertise in marketing and leasing. They have held various positions since 2007 at Off Campus Partners, which was acquired by CoStar Group in 2019, and currently contribute to the marketing and educational efforts for university partners. Kerry holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Piedmont Virginia Community College.
