Leslie Hall

Leslie Hall is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President of North America Talent at CoStar Group, where responsibilities include overseeing HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Corporate Training, and Employee Relations functions. Prior to CoStar Group, Leslie held various leadership positions at Capital One from April 1996 to May 2022, including Vice President roles in HR Business Partners and Talent Management, as well as Director positions focusing on HR Client Consulting for the Commercial Bank and Associate Relations. Leslie has also led strategic HR initiatives across multiple departments, notably developing a Work from Home program for over 9,000 associates. Earlier career experience includes roles as an HR Systems Analyst at Overnite Transportation and as a Recruiter at Olsten Staffing Services. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond.
