Michael Ball is the Lead UI/UX Designer for the Land division of CoStar Group, residing in Austin, Texas. With a background in print and web graphics, Michael has developed expertise in HTML5, CSS3, WordPress, Bootstrap, UI and UX design, as well as user testing. Prior to this role, they served as a UI/UX Designer at CBS Interactive and CoStar, and worked as a Graphic Designer at T.Y. Lin International and TapSense. Michael also taught as a lecturer at San Francisco State University after earning a BS in Visual Communications from the same institution. Their interests include Design System Management, web motion graphics, book design/layout, hand-drawn illustrations, western comics, and Japanese manga-style anime.
