Michael Roessle

Michael Roessle is a seasoned professional in real estate analytics with extensive experience in managing and directing market research and analytics teams. Currently serving as Managing Director at CoStar Group since May 2017, Michael has held various influential positions, including Director of US Office Analytics and Director of Market Analytics. Prior to this role, Michael was National Director of Office Research for Colliers International from November 2015 to November 2016 and worked at Savills Studley from September 2006 to October 2015 in roles such as Manager of Real Estate Analytics and Research Manager. Michael began the professional journey at Reis | Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics as Research Supervisor from 2000 to 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
