Richard Simonelli is the Head of Investor Relations at CoStar Group, a role they returned to in 2024 after gaining extensive experience in the investor relations and corporate communications sectors. With over 35 years on Wall Street, including leadership positions at the New York Stock Exchange and Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Richard has specialized in maximizing shareholder value and managing investor relations for a variety of firms. Simonelli holds an MBA and a BS in Finance and Economics from Marquette University and has a track record of working with international clients and markets. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in crisis communications, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions.
