Troy Brown is currently the Director of Facilities at CoStar Group, overseeing operations at the Richmond campus. With 25 years of experience in industrial, retail, and commercial property management, Troy has held various significant roles, including Senior Manager at JLL Property Services and Group Facilities Manager at Target. Troy's background includes managing substantial annual operating budgets and leading high-performance teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to dependability, leadership, and relationship-building. Troy also served in the U.S. Air Force as a member of the Security Forces. They are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at The University of Akron.
