Sarah Ryder

Sarah Ryder is the current Chief Financial Officer at CostarHD. Prior to their current position, Sarah was the Risk and Advisory Services Manager at CBIZ from January 2013 to August 2015. In this role, Sarah was responsible for managing overall client relationships in the San Diego market, providing Sarbanes-Oxley assistance and Internal Audit outsourcing solutions, and working with clients to identify client specific business needs and develop and execute proposed solutions. Additionally, Sarah oversaw the performance of staff, performed risk assessments and assisted in audit plan development, and prepared and presented proposals to those charged with governance.

Before their time at CBIZ, Sarah was the Senior Internal Auditor at Cricket Communications from October 2011 to January 2013. In this role, Sarah scoped and executed internal audits of various operational areas including service revenue, retail sales, supply chain, human resources and payroll. Sarah also performed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work and reviewed management’s testing results, communicated findings and proposed remediation to management, and led internal departmental trainings. Furthermore, Sarah served as the customer experience ambassador as selected by the departmental Vice President.

Sarah Ryder has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Sarah Ryder reports to Scott Switzer, President & CEO. They are on a team with Troy Fairchild - VP, Technical Services & Quality, John Bujarski - VP, Sales AVCostar & Costar HD, and Kristen Plitt - EVP, Marketing & Operations, HR.
