Robert Thomas

Robert Thomas has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries.

Robert is currently working as a Technical Delivery Manager at TeamSven, LLC since October 2022.

Prior to this, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ActivTrak from April 2022 to August 2022.

From January 2022 to April 2022, they held the position of Head of Customer Optimizations at Reltio.

During their tenure at Reltio, they also served as the Director of Partner Success, where they were responsible for managing cross-organizational programs to improve the delivery of Reltio across the partner ecosystem.

Robert achieved several accolades during their time at Reltio, including a promotion to Director of Partner Success in 2020, recognition as an MVP in 2019, and inclusion in the Circle of Excellence by the executive team.

Robert played a significant role in developing training and enablement programs, converting red accounts to green status, and meeting operational SLAs for global customers.

Prior to Reltio, they worked as a Technical Delivery Manager at the company from March 2017 to April 2019.

Before that, they served as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Wipro Consulting from July 2016 to March 2017, and as a Senior Solution Architect / BITA at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2014 to July 2016.

Robert also gained experience as a Senior Managing Consultant in Business Analytics and Optimization at IBM from October 2010 to April 2014.

During their career, they have held roles in account management, business intelligence, and database administration at companies such as BizAps, Jonathan Scott International, Accenture, and Reynolds & Reynolds.

Robert Thomas attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1984 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a BBA degree with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they studied at Xavier University, where they obtained an MBA degree in Information Systems.
