Jon Maynard is an experienced engineering professional with a rich background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Engineering Programme Manager at Cosworth since January 2022, Jon previously held the position of Engineering Project Manager at The Little Car Company from September 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Jon had an extensive tenure at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from December 2012 to July 2020, where roles included Vehicle Engineering Manager for Small Series and Lead Quality Engineer for Special Vehicle Operations, focusing on delivering high-quality, limited-production vehicles. Earlier experience includes a Design and Simulation Engineer role at Apex Circuit Design in 2010-2011, where Jon designed motor racing circuits. Jon holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University of London and completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Music at The Judd School.
