Tom Brown

Tom Brown is an experienced professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as the Head of Motorsport Programmes at Cosworth since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions at Multimatic, including Head of Operations and Head of Programmes, where responsibilities included financial management and project oversight. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles at Cosworth, such as Motorsport Programme Manager and Senior Key Account Manager, as well as positions in business development and account management at Genus Archive Digitise and TXM Recruit. Tom's technical expertise was developed through roles as Team Manager at JM Engineering, where team performance improvements were a focus, and earlier as a Kart Technician at Mark Rose Motorsport. Tom's educational background includes A Levels from Wollaston Secondary School, completed between 2000 and 2007.
