Caitlin Fine

Caitlin Fine is the Director of Forensic Meteorology at Cotality, leading a team that generates critical damage assessments from severe weather events to inform various stakeholders. Currently, Caitlin also serves as a Meteorologist at the Office of Naval Research and previously held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Leidos. With extensive operational weather forecasting experience from their time in the U.S. Navy, Caitlin has mentored junior officers and managed complex weather-related operations. As a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Colorado State University, Caitlin has contributed to peer-reviewed research in atmospheric science and shared expertise through teaching as an adjunct professor.
