Carlos has held various roles, including Senior Professional at Cotality, where they spearheaded client experience management and led program management for flagship products. They hold a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Mississippi, where they also gained valuable experience through multiple roles assisting in administrative and technical capacities.
