Jonathan Quintyne is a master’s candidate at Johns Hopkins SAIS specializing in foreign policy and emerging technology. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager for Government Solutions at Cotality, focusing on innovative software solutions for state and local governments. Their experience includes a significant tenure in the US Army, where they held various leadership roles, including Supervisory Transportation Coordinator, and a previous role as a Congressional Intern at Georgia Southern University. Jonathan earned a degree in International Studies and Spanish from Georgia Southern University and studied International Relations at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
