With extensive experience in sales and sales enablement across the US and Asia Pacific, Sheila previously held several roles at Workday, where they developed and implemented training programs for sales teams focused on pipeline generation. Sheila's career includes positions at diverse organizations such as Citigroup, Kaiser Permanente, and Hudson, showcasing a strong background in instructional design and training. Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and European Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
