Korné Kasper

Dietmar Korn is an experienced electronics engineer with a robust background in optical and electronic design. Currently employed at HGH Infrared Systems since October 2022, Dietmar previously worked at Imagine Eyes, where responsibilities included designing and testing electronics for medical retinal imaging systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Prior experience at Imagine Optic involved R&D and project management for Adaptive Optics solutions, while a tenure at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology included project coordination for an EU FP7 initiative. Dietmar also has experience as a research intern and a student research assistant, focusing on semiconductor laser diodes and strain analysis, respectively. Academic qualifications include a PhD in electrical engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and additional studies in physics from the University of Potsdam and Université Henri Poincaré.
