David Conde

David Conde serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project, overseeing a $47 million budget that provides services to over 3,000 children from migrant families across 12 states since February 2014. As President for North America at the Chamber of the Americas, David Conde develops and manages international trade initiatives among Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Additionally, David Conde holds the position of Senior Consultant for International Programs at COTA and shares insights on the Latino community as a columnist for La Voz Bilingual Newspaper since 1998. Holding a Ph.D. in Latin American Language and Literature from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Northern Colorado, David Conde has a robust academic foundation complemented by varied professional experience.
