Edem Awutey

Edem Awutey, ACMA CGMA, currently serves as Finance Manager at Cotecna Inspection since February 2023, overseeing financial report preparation, budget management, variance analysis, and legal contract management, among other responsibilities. Edem has successfully planned and managed a CAPEX of $4 million for 2024, met all corporate and statutory deadlines, and implemented effective cost control measures that increased year-over-year profitability. Additionally, Edem has been a part-time lecturer at Benchmark Executive Business School since January 2017, providing tuition support for ACCA and CIMA students. Prior experience includes a Finance Manager role at PH Home Base Company, where financial analysis and strategic business planning were key responsibilities, as well as positions as Finance Officer and Credit Analyst at Bayport Financial Services. Edem holds a Master's degree in Finance from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Ghana.
