Molnarfi Laurent

Molnarfi Laurent has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Molnarfi began their career as a Project Manager and Corporate internal trainer at Fondation d'Aide et de Soins à Domicile, optimizing operational processes and leading a major organizational change. Molnarfi then worked as a Finance, Admin, and HR Manager at State of Geneve, where they led finance, administration, and HR operations. Laurent also worked as an Independent Consultant, performing financial and operational audits for non-profit companies. At Cotecna Inspection SA, they served as an HR Training and Development Manager, managing training and development for headquarters employees. Molnarfi then moved on to become an HR Business Partner and Training/Development Manager at Cotecna Inspection, where they implemented new KPIs and supported business units in streamlining processes. Laurent also held the positions of Vice President and Deputy Head of HR, where they established the first regional HR organization, and Acting SVP of Human Resources, where they led HR teams and contributed to organizational reorganization. Most recently, at Cotecna Inspection, they served as an HR Business Partner for Europe and North America regions, overseeing operational and organizational matters, and as the Acting Head of Group Human Resources, leading HR teams during a transition period.

Molnarfi Laurent completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Management from the University of Geneva from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Molnarfi Laurent completed a Master's degree in Economics from the Université de Geneve in 1998.
