Sue Keen

Sue Keen is a Chartered Quality Professional and a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQP MCQI) with extensive experience in quality management that began in 2004. They have worked with various ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025, and ISO 17065. Their previous roles at Cotecna included positions as Group Quality Senior Manager, Quality & Document Control Manager, and Operational Support Coordinator, where they managed compliance, audits, and operational support. They earned GCE O Levels from Twickenham Country Grammar School for Girls and an Ordinary National Diploma in Business Studies from Kingston College.
