Stav Alfi

Stav Alfi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2017, they started their career as a Developer Engineering Student at NICE Ltd, where they gained knowledge in Angular, Redux, Webpack, and Java microservices. Stav also lectured on topics such as Redux, Git, and Functional programming. In the same year, they worked as a self-employed Writer and Lecturer, showcasing their expertise through articles on Medium and lectures on GitHub.

In 2018, Stav joined Stratoscale as a Frontend Developer, contributing to the development of an on-premise AWS-compatible solution using technologies like Webpack, Babel, React, Redux, and Immutable.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Wix.com as an Infrastructure Engineer, primarily focusing on CI/CD infrastructure. Stav implemented CI/CD for Monorepos using NodeJS and Typescript, collaborated with teams on large projects, and maintained the legacy CI/CD solution at Wix. Stav also contributed to designing a diagnostic tool for package managers.

In 2020, Stav joined Octopol as a Backend Tech Lead, where they wrote microservices using NodeJS and NestJS. Stav gained experience in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, working with AWS and Google Cloud.

In 2022, they joined COTI Group as a Team Leader for new projects in the DeFi zone. Stav was responsible for recruiting and managing developers and had expertise in DeFi, Ethereum, NodeJS, and React. Stav later transitioned to the role of Solidity Manager at CVI, where they planned, developed, and took full responsibility for DeFi insurance and trading initiatives.

Throughout their career, Stav has demonstrated their ability to adapt to various roles and technologies, showcasing their expertise in backend and infrastructure engineering, frontend development, and leadership in the DeFi space.

Stav Alfi completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ariel University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Ort Kfar-Saba College, where they obtained a degree in Practical Software Engineering.
