Barry Tipka has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1991, they worked at ADP as a Major/National Accounts District Manager until 1996. Barry then joined XEROX Business Services as an Account Executive/VP of Sales from 1996 to 2000. After that, they worked at SAS Institute as a National Account Manager from 2001 to 2003, followed by a role as an Account Executive at PHT Corporation from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Barry joined Optum as a Vice President of Sales. Barry held multiple roles at Optum, including Vice President of Sales, Senior Director of Global Business Development, Vice President of Global Business Development, and Vice President of Payer Partnerships. During their time at Optum, they focused on strategic accounts and worked closely with health plan executives to align Optum solutions with their growth strategies. Barry left Optum in 2020.

After leaving Optum, Barry joined CareCentrix as a Vice President of Business Development, where they were responsible for top-line revenue generation with national health plans. Barry then moved to MacroHealth as a Vice President of Payer Sales from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they joined WellSky as a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, focusing on collaborations with providers and executing care management programs at scale. Currently, Barry is the Vice President of Solution Sales at Cotiviti, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Barry has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.

Barry Tipka obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Moorhead State University, graduating between 1982 and 1987.
