Melissa Johnson

Melissa Johnson is an experienced Associate Director of Client Services at Cotiviti, managing relationships with national payer clients and ensuring accurate communication of medical policy needs. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Change Healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing customer relationships, managing provider accounts, and conducting business reviews.
