Niraj K. is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the healthcare IT sector, currently serving as Vice President of Core Technology at Cotiviti since March 2025. Prior to this role, Niraj held the same title at Edifecs from January 2016 until its acquisition by Cotiviti, where responsibilities included the integration of NLP, AI, and Clinical Informatics into the company's product offerings. As CTO and EVP at Talix Inc., Niraj co-founded the company focusing on NLP/AI solutions within the Value-Based Care ecosystem before its acquisition by Edifecs. Niraj’s career began at Healthline Networks, where as CTO, EVP, and GM, significant contributions were made to its emergence as a leading Healthcare Media Network. Additional experience includes a role as Vice President of Engineering at Entigen Corporation and as Senior Manager at Charles Schwab. Niraj holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Baroda, India, with a specialization in Microprocessor Applications.
