Ravinder Kumar

Ravinder Kumar is a Lead L&D Consultant at Cotiviti since August 2025, focusing on designing and implementing learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives. Previously, Ravinder served as a Lead L&D Consultant and Sr. L&D Consultant at Edifecs from July 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included conducting skill-gap analyses, managing LMS, and developing blended learning solutions. Earlier experiences include roles as an L&D Consultant and Associate Multimedia Developer, where Ravinder created instructional materials and e-learning content. Ravinder's career began at Sebastian Fitness Solutions as a Multimedia Editor and Animation Developer and included internships focused on multimedia development and web design. Ravinder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University Institute of Information and Technology, H.P.U, Shimla, obtained in 2018.
