Ashley Chen

Ashley Chen is an experienced professional in marketing and sustainability, currently serving as a Sustainability Intern at Cotopaxi since July 2025. Previously held the position of Product Marketing Manager at Aurora from 2023 to 2025 and worked as a Brand Manager at Accenture from 2021 to 2023. Ashley's earlier roles include Brand Associate at Lexicon Branding and Corporate Value Consulting Associate, as well as Corporate Value Consulting Intern at Grant Thornton LLP from 2018 to 2020. Initial experience in the field includes a Media Planning Intern position at Maxus Global in 2016. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School, expected to graduate in May 2027.
