Charles Puff

Charles Puff is a finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of FP&A at Cotopaxi since September 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Backcountry from December 2015 to September 2023, where roles progressed from Senior Financial Analyst to Senior Manager of FP&A, culminating in ownership of revenue planning and forecasting for over $1 billion in annual sales. Charles led cross-functional communication between Finance and Merchandise teams during budget cycles and collaborated with Site General Managers and Marketing teams to identify and mitigate financial risks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Merchandise Planner at Backcountry, where planning duties encompassed managing annual sales exceeding $100 million, and as an Accounting Clerk II at Canyons Resort from November 2013 to November 2015. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
