Janae Ricks

Janae Ricks is an HR professional currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Brigham Young University, expected to graduate in 2027. Since 2013, they have served as an Executive Leadership Consultant at Cotopaxi, where they contributed to business strategy and marketing initiatives. Janae has also held roles such as Project Administrator with Reach Out Today, leading volunteer efforts to support food-insecure children, and Managing Director at the International Rescue Committee, overseeing the construction of shelters for refugee herders. Their experience includes directing sustainability initiatives at Recyclops and teaching seminary classes to over 1,200 students.
