Phil Handke

Phil Handke has extensive experience in planning and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Planning at Cotopaxi since February 2018, where previous roles included Director of Planning, Merchandise Planning Manager, and Merchandise Planner. Prior to Cotopaxi, Phil worked at Epic Brewing from October 2011 to February 2018 as an Operations Supervisor, and held the position of Sommelier at Silver Restaurant for a brief period in 2011. Additional experience includes managing the Tasting Room at Chateau Thomas Winery, serving as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, and completing internships at Prime Time Sports and VanNatta Public Relations, Inc. Phil holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies with a focus on Politics from Willamette University.
