Mauro Birarelli

Mauro Birarelli has extensive experience in various roles at Cotral Spa since 2002, currently serving as Business Relationship Manager since February 2006. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing IT requirements to meet user needs, defining existing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities. Mauro has also held positions in Information Technology, focusing on the design and development of internal applications, as well as managing the company's intranet and internet sites using software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Previous experiences include an internship in Engineering and Maintenance Services at Cotral Spa, where system safety for bus operations was verified, and as a CAD Designer at Studio Progettazione Industriale Ing. Giuliani, involving the design of industrial and commercial plants. Mauro holds a diploma from Istituto Tecnico Industriale.
